Job Description:
Job Responsibilities

Responsible for complex and multi-faceted tasks
Acts as subject matter expert for applicable Trade Compliance regulations or topics
Leads cross-functional collaborations to define company policy, positions, and standards
Collaborates with management to develop and deploy Trade Compliance strategies and objectives
Interfaces regularly with government agencies, customers, service providers, industry associations, and others
Leverages experience and applies strong analytical skills to identify key risks and improvement opportunities
Applies functional expertise and project leadership skills to develop and implement complex, multi-faceted, or cross-functional programs
Ensure import/export operations compliant to regulatory requirements by partnering with cross-functional teams
Leverages team and cross-functional resources to achieve key objectives

Job Qualifications

Preferred bachelor's degree in supply chain or relevant degree
At least 5 - 7 years of trade compliance experience
Preferably has exposure in Multinational company setup
Has exposure with FTA
Advantage if has AEO/MITA Good communication skills
