Account Supervisor/Account Director

As an Account Supervisro/Account Director at BNO you'll help expand business opportunities with existing clients. You'll work in a client:centric, collaborative environment to assess client needs and will be responsible for developing action plans to turn those needs into profitable projects for our agency.You'll work with clients to understand their business and marketing needs, help develop the right strategies and execute plans to achieve client goals. We're looking for a talented and energetic individual who has experience in building strategic client relationships.This opportunity is for a full:time placement with all the demands of a salaried position. Only applicants who live within one hour's commute of Bridgewater, NJ will be considered.**Skills**:You must be an experiencedself:starter with at least seven years experience in advertising client service. You must have the vision to seek out and identify business opportunities. You'll be proficient at developing and delivering effective strategies, proposals, and action plans to high:level clients. You must be able to work with mínimal supervision, and excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must.organized, detail:oriented and experienced at managing client budgets. They'll provide detailed notes to their team after client meetings and will develop effective creative briefs. They will have experience in executing traditional communications as well as digital media strategies via web promotion, interactive video, search engine marketing, mobile apps, social media platforms, and blogs.
