We areseeking someone who is a high performer, hardworking, and willingto grow the company If you are looking to learn and be involved inall aspects of a company from recruiting and administration toaccounting and operations, then this is your ideal opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Recruiting - Work with our headrecruiter to filter applicants, add them to our recruiting system,and interview them.

- Schedule prep-session and final interviews. -Work with clients to create job descriptions. Administrative - Coordinate start dates with clients and new hires.
- Send, review, and organize paperwork from clients and new hires andfollow up as necessary to ensure everything is in order before astart date.
- Manage our recruiting platform and trackers. -Incorporate new hires and clients into our internal systems. - Dealwith day-to-day HR inquiries from our contractors (PTO, Sick days,payment questions, etc.

Accounting - Invoicing set up recurringinvoices for our clients. - Account Receivables- track / follow upwith clients if payment was not received on time.

Payroll Update and finalize monthly payroll within our system and ensureall payments go out promptly. - Update P on any ad hocreporting required by the cofounders.

Ad Hoc - Conduct any ad hocrequest that may come up. Skills : - Strong organizational skills,attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.


- Ability to manage time effectively and able to adapt to diversetasks. - Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to the task.Qualifications : - Bachelor's (Required). - Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (excel, word, PowerPoint).
- Professional experiencein related field (1 year minimum). - Advanced English (Required)Technology : Google Suites (Excel, calendar, word, PowerPoint),Papaya Global, DocuSign, QuickBooks, CRM.

Physical Setting : FullyRemote. Schedule : Monday to Friday - 9 : 00 am 6 : 00 pm EST with aone-hour lunch break. Job Type : Full-time Pay : S / .
