Role Description : Responsible for maintaining the Quality Control, at the site levelin support of assigned aircraft and support equipment.

Inspect,remove, install, repair, replace, modify, disassemble, reassemble,and calibrate complex aircraft mechanical and electromechanicalsystems in accordance with maintenance manuals, test procedures andother military publications.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Perform thereceiving, in-process, final quality, flight safety inspections andfunctional operational tests during organizational, intermediateand depot level maintenance, modification and repair of militarytactical aircraft systems or associated components.

2. Accept orreject work accomplished to ensure compliance with customerspecifications, standards, and technical data. 3.

Perform analysisof defects and interpret quality control rejection and failuretrends to provide creative solutions for improvement.

4. Monitorsafety, training, and certification requirements.
Monitors trainingand certification requirements of the site Quality Controldepartment.

5. Perform Safety and Foreign Object DamageInspections. 6. Review aircraft forms and records related IAWcontract requirements.

7. Carry out supervisory responsibilities inaccordance with the organization policies and applicable laws. 8.Promote a positive safety culture within the Quality Controldepartment.

9. Perform additional duties as assigned. BasicQualifications : 1. High School Diploma or GED. 2. FAA Airframe andPowerplant License.

3. Minimum 10 years of experience of which 8must be specialized in supporting an aviation / aerospace program. 4.A thorough working knowledge of TO military specifications isessential.

5. Prior Quality Control experience. 6. Host nationlanguage proficiency per contract requirement.
LATAM countriesSpanish Level 2 in both Listening and Reading L2 R2.

7. Ability topass physical screening. 8. Passport with 18 months remaining. 9.English is also required. Preferred : 1. A.

A.A. S or equivalent fromtwo-year college or technical school or related experience and ortraining or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2.FAA Inspection Authorization. 3. Previous Quality Controlexperience on rotary and or fixed wing specific assigned aircraftHH-60, UH-1 and or DHC-8.

4. Experience in customer support. 5.Technical writing and or editing experience. 6. Ability to maintainstrong customer relationships.

7. Knowledge of Army Regulations95-1, DA PAM 738-750 751, FM 3-04-500 CH.8 QC or Air ForceTechnical Orders System. 8. Familiar with CFR Part 43, 91, 121,135, 145 Quality or Inspection experience previous RII RequiredInspection Items authorization.
