As a Business Analyst II you will take on the rewarding and exciting role of enabling those processes.**What you'll do**:- Communicate effectively with team members across different levels within the organization with the right level of complexity for the audience.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their current processes and help them define the future mode of operations. Develop Level 3 process maps for the current mode of operation and future mode of operation.- Lead and facilitate meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders in order to achieve desired outcomes.- Help stakeholders navigate the change journey by identifying and clearly communicating the change impacts.- Plan and facilitate testing and clearly communicate test results to stakeholders.- Provide post launch stability support.- Analytical problem identification and problem solving skills; advanced ability to perform an appropriate level of assessment to recommend solutions; make good choices based on analysis, experience and judgment.- You will gain strong systems knowledge to support the TBS value chain including:- ServiceNow- TELUS Billing Systems- Your experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Applications will help you efficiently and effectively communicate with team members across different levels.- Your experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity of associated tools such as JIRA, Kanban, and Scrum will help you navigate effectively within the project team.**Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role- You possess strong planning, performance and business analysis skills.- A good understanding of project gating methodology and activities.- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile (SAFe), Project Development Lifecycle, DevOps.- You have an extraordinary ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence across multiple teams.- You are self-motivated and can take swift action by assessing risk-adjusted options and prioritization across a multiple of concurrent projects and workstreams.- You have a real passion for working in a dynamic, high performance culture and for building, operating, and transforming new businesses.- Ability to think outside-of-the-box and implement a flexible mindset.- You have a focus on continuous learning and development across multiple domains including industry best practices, technology trends, and customer experience opportunities.- You willingly share your knowledge to build relationships, strengthen the team and deliver on the business priorities.**Great-to-haves**:Post secondary diploma or certification- Business Analysis certification/courses- Certification in ITIL, Agile, Lean Six Sigma- Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity of associated tools- Broad knowledge of business telecommunications and organizational managementWhat's in it for you?- Educational support: Udemy for Business- "Work-life balance" culture and flexible schedule- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)- Support global projects in a multicultural environment
