Important Telecommunication Company requires a Project Controller Engineer. The main responsibility is to accomplish project target, make project plan and ensure the plan implemented smoothly to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
Scope of duties:
Analyze and integrate all kind of support sub-plan for master plan,
such as material delivery plan, customer cooperation plan (site readiness
etc.), subcontractor resource plan, site rollout plan.
To ensure the planning information transmitted safely and smoothly with
customer, subcontractor and internal departments.
Guarantee customer cooperation plan work smoothly together with other
function modules, in order that project can be delivered as per milestones, as
well as other sub-plans as:
To develop shipment plan to
ensure cargo arrive to site, to ensure equipment installation, in accordance
with project plan.
Identify and manage
issues/problems that risk project implementation. Monitor resource and
equipment in accordance with the progress of implementation.
Build up a high efficiency
project delivery team and ensure compliance of project delivery process and
relevant regulations.
Professional
background: Professional Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering or
similar.
Certified in PMP is mandatory.
More than 5 year experience in field
operation, implementation, project planning and control for telecom
ISP, private industry such as mining, banking or public sector projects.
Experience in medium and large scale projects will be considered.
Proven experience at relevant/top projects related to Datacom,
Wireless, Energy and others
Familiar with the monitoring of internal procedures, equipment,
inventory, deployment of projects, performing a role as controller or
project deployment responsible.
Proficient skills in both spoken and written English as a working
language.
Willing to work according project schedule (including maintenance
windows scheduled)
Good communication and negotiation skills at all levels and customer
oriented.
Capable to handle several projects.
Teamwork and proactive working attitude. High commitment and object
driven.
Willing to work based on project schedule.
