You'll enjoy a Monday to Friday roster, allowing for a great work-life balance.As a Project Manager you will be in a key role ensuring various projects are executed and completed. This role will see you collaborate with a range of stake holders such as engineers, designers and suppliers.**Key Responsibilities**:- Ensuring projects are managed effectively being delivered on time and within budget.- Constructing various project plans, ensuring project goals are clearly understand and that all resources required for various tasks are available.- Ensure coordination through effective communication to various stakeholders (all levels).- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as a project manager in the aviation industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivered projects.- Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols in Australia (CASA).- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**Requirements**: Project Engineer, project management, aviation, Airbus, AME, LAME
