Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor, track, and periodically analyze market information and dynamics within the region; prepare and submit market analysis reports and work summaries.
- Assist the headquarters in tender document preparation and proposal creation, gather intelligence on client and competitor activities for strategic decision-making, and support contract negotiation, signing, and handover processes.
- Responsible for market promotion and branding within the assigned region, client development and maintenance, and support projects being executed.
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the headquarters.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the Latin American market.
- Background in the rail transportation industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading and developing large projects and major clients.
- Willingness to reside and work within the Latin American region.
- Able to communicate in Chinese and Spanish fluently.
