The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of compliance regulations and hands on experience in building world class compliance products. This role demands a strong background in product management and technical knowledge in the financial industry, particularly relating to compliance and regulatory standards.Oversee and manage the compliance products and systems, monitor performance, manage incidents and identify enhancement opportunities for both existing and potential new solutionsDevelop and liaise with compliance and internal stakeholders building world class compliance product solutionsEvaluate and improve compliance product performance by tracking key metrics and notificationsPartner with multiple internal teams to identify and alleviate compliance risks promptlySupervise project progression of respective teams and ensure all stakeholders are updated on the latest statusFormulate and employ processes and procedures for tasks associated with regulator product operation, incident management, reporting, and communicationBachelor's Degree in a Technical, Engineering, or relevant fieldOver 8 years of experience in Compliance/Risk related product management roles, preferably in Finance or Technology industry. 2+ years of leadership experienceWeb3 Compliance and AI applications in Compliance Product experience is an added bonusStrong understanding of Compliance, KYC and AMLProven track record in launching Compliance features productsExcellent stakeholder management and collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
