As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of NetSuite including user provisioning, troubleshooting, customization, reporting and similar. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and teammates to evaluate business processes and implement solutions on impactful initiatives. The NetSuite Administrator will perform research and analysis on trends, patterns, and processes, as well as make data-driven recommendations to improve organizational efficiency. The role will have the opportunity to learn and work directly with best-in-breed enterprise applications and stakeholders in a global organization. As a senior role, you will be the link between technical and functional aspects as it relates to Netsuite and associated auxiliary systems.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide administration for key application functionality and system accessProvide training/end user support for transactions, system functionality and navigationGather and document business requirements from critical stakeholdersDocument business application workflows and solutions to inform functional and technical audiencesManage configuration changes to: system settings, workflows, roles/permissions, fields/forms, reports, and ensure a standard process and governance for these changesDesign, implement, and support creative solutions to business problems by leveraging out-of-the-box application functionality and working with vendor partners on enhancements where neededProvide technical context and help drive application direction, development, and enhancements in alignment with the application roadmap, business requirements, and firm strategyCollaborate and coordinate execution of large and small projects in partnership with other business applications team membersPerform QA and testing of defined use cases in support of change management and deploymentsAnalyze and compare new solutions against documented business requirements for suitability in the e2open business applications ecosystemProblem solve and use good decision-making skills to quickly overcome obstacles by understanding the appropriate level of urgency and business impactSupport deployment of changes outside of normal business hours as necessary to minimize disruptionCollaborate with business applications leaders to uphold best practices, change management strategies, and efficient and effective internal processes to drive continuous deliveryAct as mentor and technical lead to junior NetSuite administratorsAdopt technical lead advisory role in department specific and cross-functional projectsPerform other duties, tasks, and activities as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE5+ years of experience minimum with NetSuite OneWorldStrong comprehension of Consolidated Financials & Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management/order to revenue processes, Fixed Asset Management, Electronic Invoicing, SuiteflowExperience with configuring and maintaining integrations to Netsuite.Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience working with Agile Methodology preferredComprehension of and/or experience with SQL, data modeling and structuresEnthusiasm for learning about new methodologies, systems, and solutionsDemonstrated track record of attention to detail and meeting deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSGeneral office environment and responsibilities requiring:Extensive use of the computer which involves viewing a monitor and keyboarding for most of the workdayPlacing and receiving phone callsMay require 10% travel or more if neededE2open is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
