As a Service Manager you will be Implement Service strategy and drive Service growth locally at the respective local unit level. Lead the Service organization and is responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of service resources.**This position reports to**:Local/Hub Division Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Ensures a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance throughout the service organization.- Shows personal commitment to HSE by conducting sustainability observation tours consistently.- Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.- Accountable to build an effective, capable, and high-performing organization.- Drives implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.- Ensures that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.- Executes service and sales channel strategy within own area of responsibility.- Implements productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in service sales to increase market penetration.- Builds sustainable customer relationships to ensure growth, satisfaction, and retention of customers together with sales.- Drives, implements, reports and monitors performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electronical, Electrical, Industrial or related careers (Master´s Degree or MBA is desirable),- Fifteen years of experience working in similar positions.- Seven years of experience in Leadership (must).- Experience in selling services or intangibles.- knowledge in Sales Force and SAP.- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.- Training in Maintenance is desirable.- Advanced English level.- Collaborative, self-directed, excellent communication skills and a great ability to work as a team.- Availability to travel (25%).**More about us**:
