Job Description
Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Social Analyst who led digital campaigns for the assigned advertisers (billing support, setup, taxonomy creation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting) for multiple social platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up social campaigns, within each required platform, following the guidelines.
- Run status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies.
- Monitoring the health of your campaigns, and ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives (including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives)
- Ensuring the quality of deliverables and campaign setup within the search media platforms. Proactively makes suggestions and troubleshoots issues.
- Report any issues that can spark within the operation promptly.
- Deliver recommendations, execution & analysis of beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies, and vendors.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to clients.
- Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group.
- Generate powerful insights that add value to campaign performance and focus on better results.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business,
or any relevant field. Ideally at least 1-3 years of experience in social media campaign management / optimization knowledge
- English Level B2+ or Higher (is a must)
- Strong knowledge of at least one social media platform while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape (Meta, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok for Business). (is a must)
- MS Excel functions (Intermediate)
- Strong knowledge in one of the following fields : Media planning, Media Buying, Creative strategy and / or Ads
