Important company requires : Technical Support L3.General Activities 1. On-site IT support : - Inventory management,device administration and maintenance (laptops, desktops, tablets,mobile devices, MAC devices, IHMS data collectors, etc.

Technical support for networks and servers. - IMAC and Break-FixSupport : - Installation of devices and software, moving, adding newcomponents, configuration changes and, eventually, removing ordecommissioning assets that are no longer needed.

Support InMeeting Rooms : - Provide intelligent technical support for devicesin conference rooms. Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 am to5 : 00 p.

Rotating Fleet - 3 days at Lima -Sales Office - 2 days at Lima Warehouse Mandatory knowledge : - Experience in managing, installing and maintainingdevices such as laptops, desktops, printers, Android tablets andmobile devices, as well as supporting Windows and MacOS operatingsystems.

- Ability to coordinate with remote and on-site supportteams, ensuring service requests and incidents are resolvedeffectively and quickly.
- Extensive experience with the ServiceNow tool (Registration, management and reporting of incidents). -End user support skills, assertive communication, VIP users'treatment, stressful situations.
