With over 16M users worldwide, the Scorp app has successfully re-defined the social network in Turkey. Now, we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps, which have already reached 100M+ users! We are an organization committed to results and to the development of our work teams.

We are looking for a freelance Growth Operations Lead . Our ideal candidate will have a high results orientation and experience in operations,
who can effectively lead the operations in Peru and has experience working with the U.

S. market. He / She should be adept at managing and growing teams while ensuring alignment with both local and international business objectives.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, management, engineering, economics, or related).
- 5 6 years of experience in operations, process management, and team leadership.
- Experience in tech, consulting, marketing, mobile application industries - Mandatory
- Strong expertise in KPI management, data analysis tolos and Excel (macros essential).
- Fluent in English and Spanish. (mandatory)
- Proven experience working with U.S. markets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team to achieve operational goals.
- Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Designing, testing, and implementing effective operational tactics aligned with U.S. Market country's strategic objectives.

- Conducting data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improving operational performance.
- Utilize BI tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Excel macros to automate reporting and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational growth.
- Ensure alignment of the Peru operations with overall business strategy.
