A/R Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist will process and monitor compliance with collection processes and policies; ensuring it is done in a timely manner, also, analyze and reconcile customer accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving billing issues. And, detect, analyze and verify economic, financial, or any other type of risks.- **Responsibilities**:_- Monitoring accounts receivable, collecting and directly following up with clients- Filling out tracking documents- Bank reconciliation in QB- Verify payment amounts on customer and supplier platforms- **Key Competencies**:_- 1 year of experience in internal audit- Assistance to external and internal clients (mandatory)- Previous experience in remote work environment (home office)- Tax experience (desirable)- Experience in data analysis and tables (required)- Experience in HR companies (desirable)- Self-managementBusiness mentality innovation- **Pay rate**:_1000 USD monthly**Job Type**: Contract**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)- QuickBooks: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (required)
