To fulfill this role, the Account Delivery Director will:Be responsible for engaging strategic clients assigned and maintaining excellent relationships with clients' senior and mid:level executives.In:depth understanding of the client's business priorities and strategies to align service delivery excellence towards business outcomes.Identify and work across different business units with client and Ensign environment to identify optimal solutions which will bring business benefits and service excellence to the client.Develop, maintain and improve overall account service delivery plan and strategic account plan.Establish strategies within account for performance metrics, escalation management, communication management and service delivery management.Operate as the escalation contact point for clients on all matters related to the delivery.Coordinate and lead account service team to ensure cost:effective and timely delivery of business solutions.Recruit and lead cross:functional teams to meet business goals.Accountable for the entire account:level profit and loss which you will work together with the sales team to expand account coverage for potential upsell opportunities. Maintain account overall resource costing to ensure profitability.Establish and oversees account level governance and service delivery cadence with timely reporting established.**Requirements**:Possess Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent.Minimum of 15 years of work experience (with 3 years spent in managed services or global IT outsourcing or similar role).Possess ITIL or COBIT equivalent certifications in the space of Service Management.Possess Profit and Loss (P and L) understanding and experience in managing account level financial.Preferred Skills /QualitiesDemonstrate strong relationships with customer decision makers and key management levels.Becomes trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision makers.Highly social team player who enjoys working withand collaborating across functional groups.Experience in Managed Services, Service Delivery, Global IT Outsourcing related business will be an advantage.Self:driven, possesses strong interpersonal skills and a keen can:do mindset.Demonstrate critical thinking, and problem:solving ability and a believer in disrupting oneself to continuous improvement.Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Malay).Strong presentation, negotiation skills and project management abilities.Experience working in virtual teams supporting cross borders delivery and sales.Ensign InfoSecurity is Southeast Asia's largest pure:play cybersecurity firm, and Singapore's leading cyber security services provider.
