WBL is aU.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce. This is a remoteContract / Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be9 : 00am-6 : 00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, although hours workedmay be greater based upon operational requirements.
The jobrequires excellent oral and written command of the Englishlanguage. Resumes must be submitted in English. Essential Functions- Code and enter customer invoices in Sage and Corpay.
- Overseethe department's AR Analyst team. - Process and record manual checkand invoice payments. - Review and verify customer invoices andpayment requests.
- Distribute invoices for approval and follow upon payment approvals. - Conduct weekly reconciliations of ARrecords in CORPAY / SAGE with the general ledger to ensureaccuracy.
- Request and review monthly customer statements, andreconcile AR aging report. - Ensure compliance with accountsreceivable policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls.
- Verify approval on all payment receipts and adjustments. - Updateand maintain customer database. - Communicate with customers toresolve billing issues and payment discrepancies.
- Process andfollow up on rush payments and outstanding invoices. - Maintainaccurate and up-to-date accounts receivable files.
- Providesupport for general administrative tasks related to AR. - Assistwith annual financial reporting and audits, including 1099generation.
- Lead or participate in special projects and otherduties as assigned.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in finance oraccounting - 4-5 years of Accounts Payable and General Accountingexperience - 1-3 years of experience in a team leadership role -Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet,professional manner - Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in afast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP andpayment management software - Excellent organizational andanalytical skills - High energy, positive attitude, proactiveproblem solver - Good interpersonal skills - You must have your ownlaptop or desktop to use (the company does not supply equipment) -Excellent English fluency and communication skills, both writtenand verbal Benefits - CONTRACT / CONSULTANCY POSITION - Salary : DOE -11 US Paid Holidays per year
