Whether at work or during their leisure time, people require the right protection for the right application.RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsible for leading the review and submission of the Peru legal entity financials, while supporting Chile Entity and OLAC AHP financials.Manage and coordinate key accounting functions for Peru Legal Entity: Accounts Payable, iExpense, Treasury, and Fixed Assets, while working closely with Accounts Receivable. One direct report will support these functions, excluding A/R.Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting standards.Support the month-end and year-end closing processes for OLAC.Manage account reconciliations and analysis.Provide financial analysis (e.g., monthly fluctuation) and insights to support decision-making.Tax Compliance:Ensure the correct tax calculation and payments according to Peru authorities.Work with external services on preparation and filing of tax returns (income tax, VAT, sales tax, etc.).Stay up to date on education related to tax laws and regulations.Advise LAC leaders on tax implications of Peru business decisions.Support the review of compliance for transfer pricing with Tax Dept.Internal Controls:Implement and maintain strong internal accounting controls based on Internal Audit/Corporate Policy.Identify and mitigate financial risks.Oversee expense reporting and credit card activity for Peru/other cardholder programs.Audits:Coordinate requests and provide necessary documentation and explanations with internal and external auditors.KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTSEducation: B.S. Degree in AccountingLanguage: Spanish and EnglishJob Experience:Minimum of 7+ years of diversified financial analysis experience in an international corporate company operating across LAC region.Good knowledge of general accounting principles with emphasis on financial analysis and planning techniques.Experience working with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).Knowledge and Skills:Technical Skills:Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS and local GAAP).Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Peru.Soft Skills:Keen understanding of foreign exchange policy.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.· Internal expert, sharing knowledge of the accounting principles for multiple disciplines (e.g., Ansell GAP, Cost Accounting, Tax Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing).· Drives the financial reporting process and ensures on-time and compliant data delivery and reporting.· Contributes - within the reporting framework - to financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.· Demonstrates understanding of how key business systems and processes impact and affect each other.· Capability to challenge the status quo and look for new enhancements of the systems and suggest enhancements in order to be in par with latest best available tools and enhancements.· Provides broad, comprehensive analysis of tax law and regulations to enhance understanding and drive effective decisions.· Researches applicable tax laws and regulations for issues relevant to the company; prepares and documents findings at the level of geographically specific relative to country regulations not limited to federal, state, local, VAT, excise, sales and use, etc.Primary LocationWork LocationsPeru Remote Bvld.
