We value diversity and inclusivity, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.Daily ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective companies, define strategies to identify opportunities and needs, and transform them into solutions for our clients.Ensure achievement of objectives and compliance with assigned goals.Maintain prospecting efforts in assigned economic sectors to identify new clients.Build strong relationships to attract new clients.Develop a value proposition to grow client portfolios.Maintain commercial relationships with insurance market agents.Identify and contact new clients.Analyze and design differentiated value offers based on customer needs.Coordinate with the Broking team to confirm underwriting terms and placement of insurance programs.Generate consultative sales.RequirementsYou should have 8 years of commercial experience in business development and a deep understanding of General Insurance principles.
