This is an extremely hands-onand in-the-weeds Data Science role where you will be heavilyimmersed in the data and coding part of the solutionimplementation.
You will design and oversee integratingstate-of-the-art machine learning solutions across the company'sproducts. This role will be responsible for strategic planning ofMachine Learning initiatives with the Product, Engineering,Performance and Business Intelligence teams, analysis of potentialimpact and prioritization of those projects.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE -Innovate, create, and design ML solutions to various businessproblems such as : - Design, implement and continuously improveMulti-Armed Bandit solutions to optimize decisions / options in placeof multiple AB-tests.
- Utilizing Large Language Models in contentpersonalization across various verticals. - Recommendation systemsto serve ads, offers, questions, etc.
- Collaborate withstakeholders across the company including but not limited toAnalytics, Engineering, Product and Business Leads to improve modelinfrastructure, tracking and monitoring.
- Provide data sciencesupport at different project stages, including the implementationof ML solutions by collaborating with Data Engineers and MLOps.
- Being hands-on and in-the-weeds in the data, coding part of thesolution implementation. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED - 4+ years ofrelated work experience in the field of Data Science & Machinelearning.
- 2+ years of experience in the Marketing / AdvertisingIndustry. - Solid background in Machine Learning and Statistics.
-Professional experience designing and implementing Multi-ArmedBandit (MAB) solutions and recommendation systems.
- Proficiency inSQL, Python and working with Data Science tools (e.g., git,kubernetes, Docker, etc.). - Structure and clarify any ambiguityfor the team, i.
e., divide complex projects into sprints andcoordinate implementation across multiple teams and individuals. -Experience creating ML solutions within cloud services (AWS / GCP).
- Experience with ML model development lifecycle. - Experience withdata visualization (preferably Looker). - Experience managing ateam of data scientists and machine learning researchers (includingcareer development).
- Ability to communicate clearly, thinkindependently,
provide direction, and effectively communicate withtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
