You will lead client relationships and revenue oversight andbe responsible for leading and developing a team.You're great at:Project CoordinationLeading and coordinating projects from initiation to close outTracking current and future jobs while also projecting future staffing requirementsAssuming financial responsibility for projects including accurate, timely and relevant reporting to stakeholderMaintaining positive working relationships with building owners, contractors, consultants, vendors and partnersCommunication and Team ManagementServing as primary point of contact with our customers, architects, engineers and ownersInforming internal and external customers of new offerings and upgradesRecruiting, coaching andmentoring project team membersActing as a steward of McKinstry cultureSafetyUpholding and communicating McKinstry safety standards.Coordinating with Safety team to create and communicate site safety plan.Ensuring safety compliance of subcontractors and all on:site personnel.What we would like to see from you:Demonstrated proficiency for the responsibility of a Project Manager.Eight(8) years of experience in project management, building operations or other related field is required.Knowledge of construction concepts through a Construction Management degree or equivalent work experience required.Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals, estimates, and other regularly encountered items required.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite:Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.PCDD, CPM professional designation is preferred.Basic estimating skills preferred.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with administrative experience.Physical ability to walk and manage construction job sites.Why McKinstry:Transformational changerequires bold action.
