Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Key requirements:
1. Bi-Lingual Proficiency (English/Spanish)
2. Prior Customer Service Experience
3. Call Center Experience is a plus
4. Excellent phone etiquette
5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
6. Maintain a call average of at least 8 calls per hour during the initial adaptation period.
7. After the adjustment phase, maintain a minimum of 10 calls per hour.

Exceeding the minimum goal is encouraged, and those consistently achieving an average of 11 calls per hour or more, while meeting quality control standards,
will have access to our lucrative incentive programs.

Work Schedule and Compensation
• Flexible daytime shifts of 6 or 8 hours
• From 9am to 5pm EST; Monday to Friday

Full-Time Salary: 640usd.

Part-Time Salary: 320usd
• The hourly rate is $4 per hour (with potential for raises).
• Training sessions are paid.
