Location: Mercy Health Defiance Orthopedics - Defiance, OHPosition Type: Full-TimePosition Overview:Mercy Health Defiance Orthopedics is seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our outpatient practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional orthopedic care with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered service. This role involves a mix of office visits, procedures, and surgical days, as well as providing consultations and call coverage.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care: Conduct office visits, perform orthopedic procedures (e.g., injections), and offer consultative services.Surgical Duties: Perform shoulder, knee, and ankle surgeries, including robotic-assisted procedures.Consultations & Call Coverage: Participate in call coverage and consultations with the Toledo group at St. Anne, St. Charles, and Perrysburg.Collaboration: Work closely with LPNs, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Qualifications:Board Certification: Required.Experience: Demonstrated experience in orthopedic procedures.Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 1-2 surgical days per week with the remaining days in-office. 10 call days per month.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit their CV to (******).
