Building Executive (Able To Start Immediately)

We are looking for a Building Executive who will be able to work independently and pro:activelyYou wil be managing the day to day operations of the Management Office for a Condo in Ampang**Responsibilities**:Collect and track monthly maintenance and sinking fund fees from parcel ownersMonitor and administrate all payments related to JMB/MCs bank account (insurance, property taxes, 3rd party suppliers, administrative outgoings)Maintain proper electronic and physical financial and administrative recordsLiase with all 3rd party service providers for security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, IT equipment and softwareLiase with local authorities for inspections and licensing (lifts, genset, firefighting system)Conduct and coordinate physical maintenance of building structure and equipment (swimming pool, lifts, genset, plumbing and water supply, telecommunications equipment, CCTV, Astro, fittings and furniture) with visiting technicians and 3rd party suppliersAttendto complaints and requests by tenants and parcel ownersAttend and prepare reports for monthly meetings with JMB/MC committee meetingsRequired Work ExperiencePreferable to have a minimum of 1:2 year experience in a similar roleTechnical SkillsBasic accounting knowledgeIT savvy and comfortable with technology (Windows, Ms Office)Knowledge of Strata Management ActNon Technical SkillsProactiveServiced orientedOrganizedGood communication skills in EnglishWorking Hours:Mon:Fri:9:00AM:5:00PMSat:9:00AM:1:00PM**Job Type**:Full:time**Salary**:RM3,200.00:RM3,800.00 per month**Experience**:Residential Building Executive:1 year (preferred)Strata Management Act (757):1 year (preferred)
