Our client currently looking for Business Development Manager based in Pulau Pinang / Bukit Mertajam / Kuala Lumpur**Job Description**:Achieve sales target by evaluating and implementing new business opportunities.Undertake new franchisees / licensees developing and actively manage the relationship with current franchisees / licensees.Undertake franchise development and business development of licensing programs.Manage the documentation of franchise agreements and distributor agreement, keep in touch with progress for opening an outlet.Support franchisees in new shop openings and maintain good franchise relationships.Liaise with new franchise / Pharmacy / beauty salon and etc.Develop and cultivate a pipeline of growth opportunities, manage opportunity health, identify gaps/ new target market opportunities, and execute strategies to meet sales goals.Cultivate effective business relationships with strategic accounts to drive enhanced growth and profitability. Identify market potential and market development activities.Work closely with business development team to come out with new ideas to bringin new clients.Work closely with marketing team to develop new strategies and come out with marketing plans to generate more leads.Job Requirements:At least 3 years experience in a Business Development in any industry.Personal traits:Responsibilities, Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self:starter, ability to perform under pressure in a fast:paced environment and able to multitask.Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.Able to start work immediately would be added advantage.Basic Pay RM4,000.00:RM8,000.00 (Plus commission):Based on work experienceCompany will provide training, advice and guidance, and provide career development opportunities.Provide EPF, SOCSO, EIS.Provide internet data allowance and sim card.**Job Type**:Full:time**Salary**:RM4,000.00:RM8,000.00 per month**Education**:Bachelors (preferred)**Experience**:Business development:3 years (preferred)
