S., is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join ourteam. This is a 100% remote position for a dedicated professionalwith strong customer service experience, excellent organizationalskills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Work Hours : - Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM(1-hour lunch break) - Saturday : 9 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM (30-minutelunch break) Key Responsibilities : - Manage contracts and projectdocumentation.
- Schedule and track appointments. - Coordinate withfield technicians.
- Confirm and record payments. - Handle inboundcustomer calls and follow up on proposals.
- Maintain and updateinformation in our CRM system. Qualifications : - Advanced English(C1) level required (evaluated during the interview).
Ideally, youhave at least 3 months of experience living in an English-speakingcountry. - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or asimilar role.
- Typing skills : Fast and accurate typing ability isessential. - Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills, able to manage difficult customerinteractions and follow established protocols. - Personal equipmentrequired : A computer and a quality headset with a microphone -Resides in Lima, Peru.
Technical Requirements : - A reliableinternet connection (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for videocalls. Preferred (but not required) : - Experience in theconstruction / remodeling field.
Compensation & Benefits : -Competitive salary starting at S / .2,000 per month during the3-month trial period + commission based on performance.
After thetrial period,
