Philip Morris is looking for a Channel Development and Deployment Executive who will support Sales Cycle planning process implementation in assigned territory, guaranteeing standardized presentation and reports, as well as local Sales Cycle meetings compliance. Develop and deploy toolboxes to support commercial drivers. Assure trade relations with customers in the Traditional channel. PPOSM development and negotiation for new materials, and/or networking among other PMI affiliates to address market opportunities and needs in the territory and channel, as well as local inventory and installation controls. Guarantee PPOSM database accuracy. Effectively coordinate the promotor's team.
• Identify market needs by territory to develop the most appropriate materials.
• Establish procedures, controls, and training to comply with ideal warehouse inventories and coverage objectives.
• Assure PPOSM monitoring through consolidation of field audit and dashboard reports.
• Trade cycle implementation, monitoring follow-up and update of visibility according to brand cycle calendar.
• Consolidate reports and results of different activities, promotions, launches, etc.
• Develop & deploy (trade marketing) strategies and toolboxes by local territories to support key sales indicators with Commercial Deployment and Marketing Team.
• Effectively coordinate the promotors and territory executives' team to support sales department needs and strategies.
• Ownership and follow-up trade programs and incentives to the Sales force with Commercial Team.
• Business backing and processes across projects and support overall deployment strategies. Challenges in the role:
