LATAM Regional Human Resources Business PartnerJob Overview: Reporting to the LATAM Human Resources Vice President, the LATAM Regional Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for leading and driving regional HR initiatives, process reviews, and projects.Main Responsibilities:Manage HR stakeholders and contributors as well as governance across the LATAM region to ensure the successful delivery of HR projects, aligned with the company's project delivery framework.Manage project assignments, resourcing, and capacity planning.Develop strategies and action plans, including change management and communication plans to get buy-in and ensure the success of the projects.Facilitate communication between various project stakeholders and collaborators.Understand and identify risks for projects, initiatives, and decisions.Attend specific meetings with the HR Management Team to provide a status on projects and ensure projects are running as per schedule and objectives are met.Plan HR initiatives and related events, workshops, oversee their budgets, arrange payment for vendors, and process reimbursements, if required.Liaise with HR Management Team to discuss challenges and resolve issues.May be directly accountable for managing individuals as part of a project, if required.Partner with the Head of Payroll/Recruitment/Shared Services to drive process and systems improvements.Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources processes.Bachelor's degree in psychology, industrial relations, human resources management, or related field.Excellence in analysis, consulting, and change management.Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers at all decision-making levels of the organization.Ability to prioritize and take action with minimum supervision.Proven abilities to solve problems and influence.Ability to work in teams and collaborate with members of the HR team.Excellent judgment, discernment, listening skills, result and service oriented.Excellent communication skills (written and oral).Perfectly bilingual in English (spoken and written).MS Office Master, PowerPoint, and very strong knowledge in Excel.
