Work Location:Qingdao cityRecruiting Unit:Styling Research Department - Commercial Vehicle Research Institute - FAW Jiefang (truck brand)Salary:upper limit RMB 2 million before taxReport to:Head of Styling Research Department - Cai WenxueResponsibilities:Develop an overall design strategy for liberation based on the company's strategy and design trend analysis.Interpret the overall design strategy document to all members of the Styling and Creative Department to help them understand the strategy.Control the overall design direction of the design scheme to ensure compliance with the design strategy.Conduct quality control before the review of renderings, clay models, and hard models at the institute level.Propose constructive suggestions to guide the optimization of the scheme when encountering significant contradictions between design and engineering feasibility during the design scheme engineering phase.Required qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above.At least 12 years of experience in the development and related design of commercial vehicle styling.Rich forward-looking concepts of international first-class brands and experience in mass production vehicle development, familiar with the entire vehicle design and development process system.Excellent creative design ability, design quality, and product quality control ability.Excellent design and technical problem-solving skills.Strong ability in product design strategy planning.
