You are a team player, but you can always act alone and rely on your own. You are a movie director that is able to coordinate the internal and external stakeholders to achieve results. You are excellent at top-down communication skills with a strong network of key persons and decision-makers. You are an excellent proposal-maker and presenter, enabling the decision-makers to easily understand.Your Qualifications:You hold a Bachelor degree or higher in IT-related and/or Production-related disciplinesYou have comprehensive know-how of both production/manufacturing environments or industrial software or industrial automation / Smart Factory projectsYou know how to make complex things simpleMinimum 3 years working experience in a similar role, with proven track recordA good command of any of the foreign languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Korean will be a significant advantageYou will be embedded into the global MPDV domain, including permanent collaboration with colleagues in other MPDV locations in Malaysia, China, India, Europe, and the USA. Well-founded and deep training about MPDV's solution portfolio will be provided upon onboarding, with attractive employment conditions.
