Job Description:
Pre-Sales:
Work with the GTM and operations team on roadshow schedules and ensure timely setup of the location.
Assist in preparing and printing of GENERIC offer letter and follow up on internal signatory and company stamping.
Prepare and coordinate documentations for tenders submission and customer profile management.
Assist in preparing and circulating the completed concept paper, contract, e-contract summary from KAM for internal approvals.
Assist in preparing Sales contract and agreement management.
Order Fulfillment:
Assist in preparing e-CRA (electronic customer registration agreement) form for order submission.
Follow up with customers on rejected submissions (e.g., incomplete/missing documents) and monitor overall submission status.
Follow up on device top-up and advanced payment collection from customers.
Prepare and arrange for SIM card delivery to customers.
Work with Operations team to ensure devices are delivered to customers on time.
Other Administrative Tasks:
Assist KAM in maintaining and updating customer data, red list/no dunning tagging list.
On a monthly basis, collect allocated SIM cards from Business Operations team and distribute to KAM accordingly.
Compile any ad-hoc or special project SIM requests and submit to Business Operation Teams for more allocation.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
