Develop analytical capabilities and algorithms that will add value to Group Legal and Compliance (GLC) by rolling out high-quality deliverables to enhance existing AML and other GLC functionalities.
Business and Performance Management
Responsible for supporting Big Data analytics for Group Legal and Compliance projects.
Leverage state-of-the-art algorithms to deliver value from big data projects.
Develop and implement in-house models and RPA to optimize existing AML Alert Optimization framework and new GLC machine learning models.
Select features, build and optimize classifiers using machine learning techniques.
Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.
Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner.
Constantly track model performance and refine when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Finance/Statistics/Computer Science/Importante empresa or any equivalent).
Strong knowledge of common data science toolkits like R/Python.
Familiarity with SQL and visualization tools such as Excel, QlikView, Tableau.
Knowledge of Big Data Tools (e.g.
Hive, Impala, Hadoop, and Spark) is an added advantage.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and proficiency in SAS (i.e.
SAS Foundation, Enterprise Guide, or E-miner), with the ability to code as needed.
Strong presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward proposals for stakeholders whenever necessary.
Good reputation and business network in the banking community.
Proven track record of achieving delivery targets, product development, and management.
