You are also able to create elegant design solutions within a fast-moving, agile environment. You will have to combine strengths across disciplines to create a compelling and effective point of view.You will provide a mix of great visual aesthetic with an ability to understand how to make a complex product or service feel simple and intuitive. You should have an inspiring portfolio, great design sense, a love for complex problems, and the ability to clearly articulate how a product should work. Come share with us how you have interpreted a scenario, synthesized it, come up with solutions, validated them, pitched your recommendations, and met the success criteria.ResponsibilitiesProvides Product Design direction to a broad audience and contributes at a high level during all phases of an interactive project.Execute Product Design tasks from discovery to design of wireframes to interactive prototypes to testing and eventual delivery of assets to development.Strategize, brainstorm, and define new features.Work with Senior and Staff UX Product Design team members to communicate a direction and point of view.Translate abstract ideas and requirements into tangible artifacts so that the cross-functional team can align on vision and a path forward.Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates, and balance each of their goals.Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.Key qualificationsBachelor's degree in Fine Arts, HCI, CS, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.Experience collaborating closely with Product Owners, Program Managers, Project Managers, Engineers.Experience collaborating closely with a variety of other UX disciplines (research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping).Experience conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and presenting findings to the broader team.Experience facilitating workshops.Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Axure, Figma, Photoshop.Ability to communicate (written and verbal) with multiple levels of stakeholders from individual contributor to vice president level.Able to function independently, in a remote team collaboration environment.Previous experience working in an enterprise environment a plus.Experience with tried and true remote collaboration processes and tools a plus.Agile and Lean process experience a plus.The ability to give and receive constructive feedback to help improve the quality of our products and design deliverables.Leading the relationships with stakeholders from first contact to ongoing support of their UX needs.We are looking for a proactive individual who can feel comfortable scheduling meetings with prospect leads, driving a conversation that procures understanding of what the project is about, what is needed and by when, and conveying how the design team can support them.
