Director, Corporate Coverage: Group 1 MYImplement the approved marketing and business plans in line with the Division's business objectives and perform account planning for key client accounts with relevant internal stakeholders to enlarge wallet share and execute allocation of resources to the Team's performance targets, including coordinating with IBK regional teams to exploit regional opportunities and initiatives to meet Group business goals.Supervise and manage the Team's marketing activities and structuring of comprehensive proposals to achieve Team and Division revenue targets, ensuring the securing of mandates from clients allocated to the Team.Manage initiatives of new products and solution offerings to clients, including cross-selling and bundling of products offered by CIMB, based on client needs while maintaining client relationships and servicing.Monitor and manage networking with clients to secure business for CIMB Group and stay abreast of market landscape and key industries to create cross-regional and cross-sector business strategies, exploiting available business opportunities.Supervise and review subordinates' work to ensure proposals are of good quality, meet clients' requirements, and mitigate reputational risk to the Bank.Provide effective and efficient support for the Team's operational activities, including marketing, sustaining client relationships, securing mandates from clients, executing deals, and liaising with regulatory agencies/authorities on issues relating to secured deals to ensure successful execution and completion of mandated deals and delivery of agreed solutions.Manage and guide team members and Product specialists, continuously developing them to ensure an effective team and timely delivery of all deals to client satisfaction.Manage the development and management of relationships with key and prospective corporate and investment banking clients for continued sustainability of CIMB's identified key business markets.Monitor and manage compliance to ensure regulatory requirements, CIMB policies and procedures, client mandates, guidelines, and market conventions as well as SBG operations comply with regulations.Lead, supervise, and motivate Team members in project assignments/deals, clarify objectives for subordinates, determine the principles and techniques to be employed, and provide technical advice and assistance to ensure all mandates and deals are secured and completed effectively and efficiently.Provide a conducive and harmonious work environment to ensure team members are engaged and developed to uplift their competence and career opportunities.
