This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesThe CPBB ICS Programme is a multi-year journey to establish key ICS foundational controls across critical assets and systems for Standard Chartered Bank's Consumer, Private and Business Banking (CPBB) business and support risk reduction to target levels acceptable to the business. Members of the CPBB ICS programme team form a centralised unit, operating to achieve these goals in close partnership with Technology, Cyber Security Services, Countries and Key Risk partners across the organisation.The responsibilities of the PM, Governance and Delivery Lead include:Managing the day-to-day operations.Working closely with relevant stakeholders (Control owners, T and I, STS/CSS, Regional Leads) to manage project initiatives across the CPBB ICS Programme.Supporting in preparing presentations for key programme meetings including Refinement Forum and Strategic packs for Senior Management.Capturing meeting minutes of relevant meetings and tracking action items to closure.Managing the program key risks, issues and raising asks for support via active escalations and discussions with senior management.Active and end-to-end coordination with T and I Chief Scrum Masters to manage Programme/Initiative resources and allocate in Clarity for timesheet booking.Undertaking active tracking and management of changes (scope, cost and time) across various project initiatives and ensuring these follow appropriate change governance standards and are well aligned with CPBB HICS Control Owners, presented for formalisation via ICS Refinement forums.Liaising with CPBB PMO and ICS TRP teams to ensure the Programme is compliant with SCB project governance standards as per new Ways of Working (nWoW).Supporting the programme in the annual planning, investment management and scope definition exercise with active coordination/facilitation of discussions to provide clarity on program.
