Job DetailsACCOUNTABILITYResponsible for managing, administering, implementing, and coordinating all machines, equipment, technology improvement, and manufacturing cost reduction strategies activities. Ensure the smooth supply, service, and maintenance. Make strategy for new facility process and investment control including preventive maintenance.RESPONSIBILITYManage and ensure all planning and preparation activities for:Design and implement machine and equipment maintenance strategies.Design and implement manufacturing cost reduction strategies.Collaborate on department CAPEX procedure with Manufacturing and Finance team on investment of machine, equipment, etc.Monthly reporting on MTTR and MTBF compliance with JCMS requirement.Daily monitoring and updating spare parts condition and budget planning.8D report on major machine breakdown.REQUIREMENTS:Degree/Diploma in any relevant discipline.Five (5) years experience in a manufacturing working environment.Strong leadership skills and good communication skills.
