Vice President, Ccpf : Mass Cards Management MyKey ResponsibilitiesLead the mass card product team, providing guidance and support to team members to grow their respective product portfolio.Oversee and manage the mass cards product lifecycle from development and/or rejuvenation of product value proposition, acquisition, and usage to ensure profitability and sustainability.Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to grow card base, increase customer active rate, and card spend/utilization.Identify opportunities to establish strategic partnerships to drive card acquisition, usage, and engagement.Work with the team to analyze periodic product performance and profitability reviews to monitor the products' health and detect risks and/or opportunities.Manage and collaborate with Cobrand partner(s) to drive the growth of the cobrand card portfolio: Petronas Co:Brand.Monitor the overall allocated and approved marketing budget to ensure cost optimization for the effective launch of campaigns or initiatives.Lead discussions and initiatives with sales channels (internal and external) to drive card acquisition and improve or stabilize approval rates.Collaborate with Consumer Marketing to drive campaigns/initiatives to promote usage and optimize costs with maximum exposure for communication deliverables of marketing campaigns.Conduct periodic market and competitor analysis to ensure CIMB stays ahead of the competition.Synergize with internal key stakeholders; sales channels, credit, risk, customer service, compliance, and legal throughout different stages of product management.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.
