Vice President, Nfrm Group Business ContinuityImportante empresa teams to undertake key activities such as risk and impact assessment, strategy development and implementation; awareness program; testing and maintenance of the country-wide business continuity and recovery preparedness programs to ensure robust business and IT recovery capability.Providing consulting and support to all business units in CIMB Bank in their goal of formulating actionable and viable business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Assist all business units in CIMB Bank in resolving business issues related to work area (business function) recovery planning and recovery plan development/enhancements.Ensure continuous preparedness of Crisis Management Team and Crisis Coordination Team during BCM activation. Provide support to Department Continuity Coordinators (DCCs) on the BCM program. Provide oversight and advisory to business units' on BCM of outsourced service partners in line with Outsourcing Governance. Sharing best practices across CIMB Bank in the field of Business Continuity with all DCCs. Foster partnership with other banks and the regulator in the country to address industry-wide issues, ensuring that CIMB is ahead of and contributes to the agenda of the regulators rather than be a late adherent.Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in a relevant discipline such as Banking, Finance, Business or Information Technology.Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) preferred OR Member of Business Continuity Institute OR Any certification from other international BCM certification bodies.Minimum 8 years work experience, preferably with 1st line or 2nd line working experience in banking industry or Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery / Incident Management experience in Banking OR within a large organization.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, ability to earn the trust of business partners, develop and maintain strong relationships with them.Strong leadership with staff management experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.An understanding of general risk management, risk drivers and ability to articulate risk to non-risk personnel.Able to work independently as well as a team player.
