Work with senior management to identify opportunities, set goals and structure strategic options studies.Main responsibilitiesCoordinate and execute strategic analysis connected to the business plan's quarterly revisions, "Strategic Planning", in order to build up and validate strategic hypothesis.Be part of and lead strategic analysis to support senior leadership in decision:making processes.Be connected (and work together) with business units and corporate areas in the discussion of strategic themes, topics, challenges.Act proactively on strategy communication plan updates.Monitor and communicate the evolution of strategy implementation.Develop several analysis (and updates) related to strategic decisions and management gains.Lead projects and technicaldiscussions of initiatives and strategic opportunities for operations. Work together with the Importante empresa, operations and investment analysis areas.Requirements and skillsDegree in Management, Financial, Importante empresa or similar.5:10 years of experience in functions related to strategy, finance and/or process management.Knowledge of financial indicators and their relevance for the business:revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, cash cost, working capital, NPV, etc.Experience in managing initiatives/opportunities or processes.Understanding of the mining industry dynamics and operations is desirable.Deep knowledge of corporate financials and valuation is also desirable.Ms Office platform knowledge. Deep knowledge in.xls and.ppt.BI tools is a plus (e.g Power BI).Advanced English level required.
