We are looking to expand our footprint within Latin America from our base in Lima, Peru with potential opportunities throughout both Central and South America including Mexico and Colombia.
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Contract Administrator with a background in large Civil Engineering Projects to support our business and deliver large Civil Engineering Infrastructure across the region.
You'llBe Responsible For: Managing contract of the UKDT/ANIN operational contract and addendums.
Managing commercial and resource integration within the UKDT contract administration team.
Coordinating mobilisation and demobilisation of resources for the programme.
Supports commercial interface between UKDT leadership team/ UKDT commercial management and the client.
Provides monthly time reporting for all consultants/ contractors and any additional expenses.
Reviews all resource immigration and obtaining virtual TAMs for client review.
Is main point of contact to submit all formal clause changes as per the operating contract.
Supports commercial management processes required for management of all UKDT resources.
Coordinates monthly activity reports and supports with completion.
Submits all formal communication from the UKDT to ANIN Reviews and supports work orders and supports, including creation/coordination of CV approvals and onboarding.
Manages, coordinates and monitors SME business trips.
Is in charge of correspondence and document control utilising the information management system ACONEX.
Manages the administration team inclusive of interpretation and information technology on the programme.
You'll need to have: You want to make a difference; you care about socially valuable infrastructure projects; you are open to international opportunities, and you want an adventure alongside the job.
You have a Civil Engineering Degree, a Construction-related or Commercial qualification, or a Project Management qualification.
You can demonstrate experience in the delivery of large civil projects and programmes, you have the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and, ideally, you will have experience with bespoke contracts.
