The ideal candidate will lead and oversee all technical components for the project, ensuring technical soundness of activities and alignment with project goals.**Minimum Requirements**The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in designing, implementing, evaluating, and managing large, complex, and integrated programs in health security.
