Job Description Own brand strategy for Morocco market. Define and Drive Country Specific TA and Brand Strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and opex of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country. Develops & Leads the implementation and execution of all marketing and promotional activities for the allocated brands and/or portfolio of therapy area throughout the product(s) life cycle with the main objective of ensuring that the best strategies, tools, materials and communication channels are made available to all customer facing colleagues. The CBL will be working closely with cross function teams to ensure the delivery of the marketing goals in alignment with the company?s goals and strategies. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Brand/ TA/ Channel management and tactical plan development:Be responsible for the development of the local strategic and tactical omnichannel plans based on customer/account/patient insights in alignment with cross-functional team membersDevelopment of local strategies (Brand Plan) and tactics (tactical plan), promotional campaigns and programs to maximize brand valueImplementation of local strategy and alignment with regional and global strategies as appropriateEnsure the brands/ TAs are being managed according to life cycle requirementsCo-lead with medical the development of non-promotional (on top and/or instead of promotional/branded) materials based on customer/account/patient insights and customer/account/patient needs, via the GLOCAL modelIdentify plans and implement core materials in line with the tactical plan (supporting the channel strategies)Active monitoring of developments in the healthcare environment, trends, competitor activities, customer- and patient-insightsDrive access strategy and support the XF Access Team to achieve the desired access, pricing and reimbursementTake accountability for ensuring that all content and/or promotion materials and items for promotional purposes used by customer facing colleagues and channel activities are delivered timeouslyComplete the demand planning with GSCPM, to ensure continued stock supply to markets and avoid stock obsolescence Financial Planning:Deliver on revenues:Take accountability on revenue forecasting with the CL and A&P allocation.Ensure high integrity and accuracy of forecastsEnsure mitigation plans are developed,as requiredMonthly brand and portfolio reviews with Category LeadWork with GSCPM to optimize brand forecasts and reduce obsolescenceSet up, monitor and track ROI of marketing expenditure and programsOptimally Managing and controlling A&P to maximize the marketing impact Alignment across functions and stakeholder management:Align key internal stakeholders, through the core brand team ? medical, marketing, Access, regulatory, sales etc - to drive business objectives, develop strategies and tactics for the brand and/ or TALead different Pfizer cross-functional teams to ensure diverse expert input from colleagues and to drive team executionCollaborate with sales to roll out and drive effective execution of campaigns and programs EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Qualifications:Graduate of Pharmaceutical/Medical sciences, a bachelor?s degree is required, marketing studies or MBA is a plus.5+ years of experience in pharma industry with consistent successful performance and solid career trajectory.Fluency in English with good computer skills.
