Job ID 2283 - Offshore WindType: PermanentLocation: AsiaJob Duties:Lead the development and implementation of the business strategy.Supervise day-to-day operational activities to meet specified business objectives.Identify and cultivate business prospects, lead contract negotiations, and foster customer relationships.Ensure optimal organizational structure, resource allocation, and staffing to deliver secure and reliable services, maximizing shareholder returns.Monitor company expenditures within approved limits and authorized budgets.Evaluate and manage key company risks to ensure effective monitoring and mitigation.Strengthen management systems for operational processes, governance, compliance, and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).Advocate for personnel and organizational development, implement robust talent management policies, and oversee succession planning.Collaborate to foster a positive workplace environment.Uphold the integrity of all public disclosures.Conduct regular emergency exercises and facilitate follow-ups for comprehensive crisis management, including crisis communications guidelines.Serve as the spokesperson for the company and vessel owner in media interactions during crises.Ensure accurate representation of the company brand in all marketing and publicity materials in consultation with shareholders.Determine the annual shareholder meeting details and agenda in collaboration with the Chairman of the company Board.Adhere to internal control systems, set a personal example, and promote compliance with applicable laws and company standards and policies.Minimum Requirements:A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Accountancy, Engineering, Maritime, or equivalent; additional management qualifications are advantageous.A minimum of 5 years in a management role, with a preference for experience in vessel operations management and/or maritime technical knowledge.Proven experience and deep understanding of maritime business and stakeholder management.Strong commercial acumen and an international business perspective.Proficiency in preparing business proposals, approval papers, and presentation slides for Senior Management and the Board.Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Conversational and written proficiency in English and Chinese (Taiwan).Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Willing to relocate and be based full time in Taichung.
