Job Description

- Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and expand market presence in Peru.
- Sales and Business Development : Lead sales efforts, build client relationships, and close deals to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management : Build strong, trust-based relationships with growers and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, logistics, supply chain, and service delivery, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Financial Management : Develop and manage the country budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure sales targets are met.
- Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to guide strategic decisions.

The Successful Applicant

- Experience :
More than 7 years in commercial management, sales, or business development within agribusiness, ideally in the avocado or blueberry sectors in Peru.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in driving growth, achieving sales targets, and building strong industry relationships.
- Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute business plans while being hands-on in daily operations.
- Skills : Fluent in Spanish with advanced English proficiency and strong market analysis capabilities.
- Customer Focused : Ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and business growth.
