Advertising company is looking for a Creative Director to join their team:MAIN RESPONSABILITIESConceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.Collaborating with Account Executives to obtain knowledge of the clients requirements.Supervise a cross functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, art director in the strategic development of messages and deliverables.Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives.Write and design unique and well:crafted copy that meet client's needs as well as our own.Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team.Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for thefuture.Achieve the best possible outcome of each project, both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into digital experiences for the target audience**REQUIREMENTS**:Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative role in an agency or corporate settingProven experience, 5 years at least, in Advertising agency, in charge of Global brands campaigns.Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent.Hand:on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand developmentExcellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.Outstanding leadership and organization skillsExemplary interpersonal and analytical abilitiesBSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant fieldAdvanced English
