About the Role The Conversion Rate Optimization Expert isresponsible for enhancing the performance of our clients' websitesby implementing data-driven strategies that maximize theirconversion rates.
This position plays a key role in analyzing userbehavior, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementingchanges to improve overall site performance.
You will collaborateclosely with copywriters, designers, web developers, and other teammembers. Your responsibilities will include developing ConversionRate Optimization (CRO) strategies for our clients, auditing theirwebsites to identify optimization opportunities, running A / B andmultivariate tests to determine the changes needed, and workingwith our internal teams to execute, monitor, and further improvethe results of the optimizations implemented.
Generalresponsibilities : The responsibilities of our Conversion RateOptimization Expert include, but are not limited to : - Developingand implementing tailored,
data-driven backend CRO strategies forour agency's clients to enhance their website performance andmaximize conversion rates - Performing thorough brand audits ofclients' websites to identify areas for improvement - Conductingin-depth analysis of user behavior using analytical CRO tools, userfeedback, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify trends andopportunities for optimization - Designing, executing, and managingA / B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and measure theimpact of the CRO changes implemented - Optimizing brands' landingand product pages, checkout flows, and overall website architecture- Collaborating closely with copywriters, designers, and developersto implement best practices and innovative solutions that enhancethe user experience and reduce funnel friction points - Monitoringand reporting on the performance of CRO initiatives,
providingactionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuousimprovement - Translating complex data and test results into clear,actionable insights and recommendations for clients to ensure thatthey can make informed decisions - Staying up-to-date with thelatest trends and tools in the CRO, e-commerce, and digitalmarketing industries to continuously refine your own strategies andpractices - Maintaining thorough documentation of all CRO projects,including test results and client interactions, to track progressand outcomes - Assisting in the development of CRO case studies andsuccess stories for marketing purposes Overall, the Conversion RateOptimization Expert will play an important role in drivingmeasurable growth for our clients by leveraging data-driveninsights to optimize their online presence, enhance userexperiences, and ultimately increase conversion rates across theire-commerce platforms.
Position specifications :
The Conversion RateOptimization Expert position includes committing to the following : - Full-time commitment while overlapping with our standard officehours (10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM UK time) - Consistently maintaining anaverage workload of 40 hours per week - Fixed-rate monthly salarypaid in USD - A 30-day notice period of one calendar monthRequirements Key requirements : The Conversion Rate OptimizationExpert position has the following key requirements : - A minimum of3 years of experience in the CRO field - Proven experience in asimilar CRO role, specifically within the e-commerce industry - Aproven track record of improving conversion rates for e-commerceclients - Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics,Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and Convert.
com as well as excellentdata analysis skills to provide actionable insights to our clients- A strong understanding of UX / UI principles and how they affectconversion rates - A demonstrated ability to run A / B andmultivariate tests from start to finish - Experience withe-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) andthe specific challenges involved in optimizing the user'sexperience - Being familiar with heatmaps, session recordings, anduser feedback tools - Strong communication skills for effectivelypresenting test results and recommendations to the team and theclients (direct client communication will not be a requirement ofthe role, at least not as originally intended) - A proactiveattitude with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results -Being able to work independently and as part of a cross-functionalteam - Being able to handle multiple projects and deadlinessimultaneously - An excellent attention to detail and a commitmentto producing high-quality work - Strong problem-solving skills anda proactive approach to finding solutions - Familiarity withworking autonomously and managing your own time independently andeffectively - Must have a stable internet connection and a laptopor PC - Excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish (You must be fluent in English, although English doesn'thave to be your native language) - Being open to receiving feedbackand constructive criticism and improving on it - Must be availableand responsive during our office hours (10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM UKtime) - Must be able to consistently work full-time
