Bi-Lingual Proficiency (English/Spanish)2.
Prior Customer Service Experience3.
Call Center Experience is a plus4.
Excellent phone etiquette5.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment6.
Maintain a call average of at least 8 calls per hour during the initial adaptation period.7.
