Location: PE - CALLAOGoodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: SONIA NIETOSponsorship Available: NoRelocation Assistance Available: No**Customer Service Analyst**Callao, Perú**Primary Purpose of the Position**:- Responsible for the customer order cycle: tracking orders to meet expectations and promised dates, improving the level of customer service.- Responsible for promising orders and reconciling incoming orders, collaborating with support- customers and excess demand management. - Active support for customer needs, guide customer requirements within the company.- areas.- Responsible for keeping all areas of the company informed about Sales, open orders, credit orders,- Pending orders through a daily meeting and report.- Support the "Class A S&OP" vision and practices.- Guide customer requirements through the internal areas of the company (BX, Order, P&Q).- Guarantee the execution of the order cycle.- Report sales and credit status during the month.- Activate part of the S&OP Cycle and support the collaborative process**Education**:- International trade, Administration, Engineering or similar.**Experience**:- Ideal 2+ years of experience in a business context. Preference for products / - manufacturing environments.- Past experience should include specific roles related to customer service.**Knowledge**:- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to interact with senior management and present information in a clear and organized fashion.- Excellent teamwork skills.- Ability to drive consensus among a diverse group of individuals.- Customer Service orientation, work under pressure.
