As the Senior Manager, Global Services, Emerging Markets you will be leading a team of high impact engagement managers and data scientists. Your team is responsible for deployment, enablement and implementation of Dataiku platform for global enterprise customers to accelerate their time to value at initial engagement and throughout the duration of our partnership through the execution of targeted service packages.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Manage client relationship, needs, and oversee implementation services estimation, delivery, and controls.
Lead the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
Implement and oversee the execution of a Services Delivery Methodology in a Product company.
Manage utilization and margin metrics for your region.
Actively manage delivery quality metrics (time to value, customer sentiment) for the portfolio.
Proactively mitigate customer escalations and ensure a positive customer experience.
Ensure Dataiku's customers achieve high rates of product adoption, realize significant value, thereby leading to high net dollar retention.
Grow and manage a team with cost-efficiency in mind, seeking to maximize outcomes for customers while investing Dataiku resources efficiently.
Support your Regional Service Lead on pre-sales services scoping activities.
Support your Regional Service Lead on creating Professional Services proposals.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's in a STEM degree or Project Management program, Military experience, or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
8+ years' of experience leading and managing delivery teams and supporting sales motion.
Have experience in hyper-growth product-based SaaS, data analytics, or an AI company.
Managed services operations in multiple geographic regions.
Managed sales forecasts of multiple geographical regions.
Are motivated by a hands-on approach to both customer and employee management; routinely interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
Must be currently located within EST and CST regions of the mainland United States.
Very strong preference for candidates who are bilingual in Spanish.
Compensation and Benefits
The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.

US only national base pay ranges: $180,000—$200,000 USD
