**Who we are** Our Mission is to inspire authentic and meaningful connections.Selina was born out of a desire to celebrate the nomadic lifestyle:to experience our planets most beautiful places, to build community, to engage with locals and fellow travelers, to work and enjoy new adventures.**What the role is**The Experience Supervisor at Selina locations is responsible to help the Experience Manager working side by side for ensuring we deliver memorable experiences to our guests that are aligned with our brand and mission.**What you will be doing****You will be in charge of all activations and events at both locations.**Manage the budget for the events and be in charge of reporting profits.**Work closely with food and beverage to generate more sales.**Take care of hotel service, talk to guests and gather valuable information to improve our product.**Work with staff to become a more committed and efficient team.**Work with local communities.****Handle all hotel branding and social media.**I need very good English and someone super charismatic.****Programming (50)**:Own unit:level diverse programming3 month lead time:Ensure all Products are well represented:Owner of Music:playlists, volume, etc**Culture and Experience (30)**:Blueprint activation, initiatives, measurement and action plans:Own Brand Index at the property level:Monitor results of VoC Program for location with appropriate action:Manage local community relations and Selina Gives Back program at the unit level**Partnerships (20)**:Unit:level Content Partnerships to support content and programming:Based on occupancy, and size/type ofproperty, the XM may be doing Front:of:house shifts aswell (e.g.:reception or bartending) and only spend a percentage of their time (e.g.:60) in the Experience Manager function.**What you need for the role****Experience**:Experience in programming and marketing of events:Experience in event organization:Experience in team management roles (preferred):Experience in managing community relations**Knowledge**:Marketing principles:Event design and coordination:Fluent in English and local language:Microsoft Office Proficient:Brand management:Time management**_Low and High Skill Wellness Delivery_**:Staff who are wellness:focused and have a passion themselves (or hold a qualification) can deliver a wellness activity in the location for our Luna Loyalty Program.
